The prices are for a room with private bathroom and shower; breakfast buffet, wi-fi and parking space included in the price.

Reception. It is not 24 hours a day, check in until 10:00p.m. !!! If arrival times are different, please contact us.

Check In - Check Out. The hotel day starts at 3:00p.m. and ends at 11:00a.m. (accomodation for the apartment from 4:00p.m. to 11:00a.m., respectively).

Guests must check-in as soon as they arrive. According to check-in, a photo document is required to confirm your identity.

No smoking. Applies to all rooms and rooms.

Pets. Pets are not allowed.

Accommodation for children and extra beds. Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 4 or over will be considered adults.

To see exact prices and information about the number of guests, add to the search the number and age of children with whom you travel.

Extra beds are not available in the rooms. Some rooms have extra cots.

Credit cards are accepted. VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO.

Prepayment - booking cancellation. Payment for the reservation is made in the form of a deposit of up to 40% of the cost of stay on the indicated bank account or is payable in the amount of the total cost of stay at check-in in cash or by card.

The deposit is returned in full if the service is not provided due to the fault of the object. The deposit is completely forfeited if the customer cancels the reservation, if the cancellation took place 30 days or less before the reserved date.

In the case of shortening the stay for reasons beyond the control of the guest house, after check- in we do not refund the amount paid for the stay.

All complaints regarding the stay in the facility should be reported immediately during the stay.
